WHO IS SUPPOSE TO PROTECT S.A POLICE

South African police that are suppose to guard and protect us from any kind of crime imposed to us, aparently they also need to be protected as they are being attacked everyday. QUESTION: WHO IS SUPPOSE TO PROTECT THEM?????? SHOOT TO KILL?????
